At McNeil Management you will get honest evaluation and feedback regarding your community’s needs and desires. We recognize that the general maintenance of your community is best managed with quality vendors, timely collection of HOA assessments, and regular inspections of the appearance of both common areas and individual properties. We can review your existing contracts and offer recommendations for changes or improvements when necessary.

McNeil Management currently manages numerous communities consisting of single-family residential, townhome and villa HOA’s ranging in size from 100 to 1000+ homes.
